REVIEW: #Serenz allergy relief #ad

have been asked to give Serenz a go and see how it works against my hay fever and allergies. When you suffer with allergies it can be quite awful if you have never have had the pleasure your very lucky, those that have will know how unpleasant it can be when your nose is constantly running or blocked, itchy and constantly sneezing.

As a beauty therapist having an allergy attack can seriously get in the way with treatments. It's no fun when you’re trying to do a facial or massage and your nose won't stop running.
I jumped at the chance to give Serenz a try because anything is worth a go to relieve the symptoms.

I won't lie to you it's not the feeling you expect it to be and the first time it definitely made my ears pop a little
It shoots compressed carbon dioxide straight into your nose and you do one side at a time. I honestly can't explain the feeling but it has a little tickle and feels like your nostril is expanding. The first time was a shock, I ended up taking it out half way through because it was not quite what I expected and thinking about it I don't know what I was expecting.

Although it's somewhat uncomfortable it's worth it. My runny nose stops almost right after using it and I could breathe clearly.
You’re only to use this once you experience allergy symptoms as it’s not a preventive
Gently cleansing the nasal passages, Serenz rapidly relieves hay fever and allergy symptoms such as:
Nasal congestion
  Runny nose
  Itchy nose
Sneezing
I'm really pleased with the results I have had but it does take some getting used to. It's non drowsy and has an active difference to my life.

It's the perfect size to keep in your handbag and use on the go, it's simple to activate and use but make sure you do not breathe through your nose during use.
Adults (18 - 65 years old): Apply 10 seconds to each nostril as needed up to 6 times a day.
To find out more head on over to http://www.serenz.co.uk/

You can purchase it here http://bit.ly/Serenz for £19.99
How do you combat your allergy symptoms? and have you given this a go?

REVIEW: Korres Black Pine Collection

Anyone who reads my blogs will know my long standing love affair with korres, it’s a brand I was introduced to a few years ago in my early blogging career and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed with a product I’ve had the pleasure of trying.

You can see my first review of korres here, be kind it was in my early review and I have learnt a lot since then.

So today I present you the Korres Black Pine Collection consists of 5 items, I have been super lucky to have the opportunity to try 4 items of the collections.
The Black Pine collection contains 97.7% natural content and Korres as a company is offers a natural and certified organic range in all areas of beauty and skincare.

The collection itself has 5 products to wow you and the collection is aimed at firming and lifting the skin, and as I'm over 30 this is perfect for my age group. Lines are something I do worry about, I have noticed that they are becoming more of a permeant resident on my face rather than ones you just get after a late night.

Antiwrinkle, firming & lifting eye cream £36.00
Firming, Nourishing & Antiwrinkle Active Oil (BRAND NEW) £45.00
Antiwrinkle, firming & lifting Day Cream £39.00
Antiwrinkle, firming & lifting Night Cream £39.00

The packaging first off is classic and chic, the boxes are ascetically pleasing and the bottles inside are very simple and look great on the shelf. Now the important part it’s not all about how a product looks it’s about how it performs. You could have the greatest packaging in the world but of the product doesn't perform the packaging means nothing.

I have taken my time trying and reviewing this collection and ensured that I have used it correctly as directed both day and night and I am honestly so impressed in the results.

I have static lines on my forehead which means they are harder to lessen and reduce
This was what I was advised by someone who is trained in Botox & fillers. So to be honest I was not expecting a huge difference on my forehead.

I have been using the collection for 10+ days now and the results have even surprised myself.
I can’t recommend this enough

I do it the same time every time I use it and keep it by my bed so I won’t forget.

· Cleanse my face and neck.
· Tone.
· Mask once a week as well as exfoliate (generally I exfoliate and do my mask on the same day often a Sunday).
· Korres Antiwrinkle, firming & lifting eye cream.
· Korres Firming, Nourishing & Antiwrinkle Active Oil.
· Antiwrinkle, firming & lifting Day Cream or Night cream time dependant.

I would say if you’re going to commit to a routine then find a brand that works for you and use the whole brand (unfortunately I don't have the pleasure of completing the routine with the Korres Cleanser, toner, mask and exfoliator) but with the results from using half in my routine I can only imagine how amazing my skin will feel if I had the complete set.

The eye cream is the first I apply, you only need the smallest amount and always use your ring finger to apply, apply to both under the eye and above lid and just under the eyebrow.

It’s a light to medium consistency and glides onto the skin smoothly. Has a light aroma which is pleasant as well.

It takes roughly 1-3 minutes to fully soak into the skin, not greasy although does leave a slight tacky feeling. Advanced firming cream to instantly lift and gradually reduce deep wrinkles, puffiness and dark circles.

Second I apply the serum, although I do apply it all over my face and neck I concentrate and apply it first to problem areas.
Now problem areas will be different for each and every person.
Personally my problem areas that this serum will do its best work are my smile lines around my mouth, in-between my eye brows and my forehead, where I have already mentioned I have permanent static lines.

I use this every day twice a day. It is a fast absorbing oil with a silk feel and contains 12 active ingredients including Black Pine oil, spilanthes acmella extract, apricot, jojoba, grape seed, argan and sweet almond oils. It is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians

Then I finish off with the cream, I have both day and night and the reason you use a different cream for day and night is because the night cream is usually heavier. Your skin goes through hell during the day (sun, wind, ran, dirt, pollution etc..) so once you have removed all the dirt from your daily cleansing routine and done the above steps the night cream is richer and has more in it to replenish your skin.

The day cream is lighter this is because even though you’re going to do your morning facial routine and it will have had the added benefit of all the goodness from the night cream allowing it to soak in. The day cream is an added protection and to re moisturise the face once it is cleaned, this will help keep the daily damage to a minimum, it is also a lighter fragrance than the night cream. Skin is left feeling soft and not greasy.
It comes in Dry to Very dry (which is what I had to trial) and Normal to combination.
I would imagine the normal to combination cream is lighter so not to leave the skin with any shine or thick feeling.

Remember when applying face cream avoid the eye area as it is so delicate, this is also why you apply the eye cream with the ring finger as it has the lightest touch.

This collection is fantastic and the changes to my skin in the time I have been using it has exceeded my expectations. As you can see from the image my static lines have drastically improved, I feel better about myself and my makeup sits better on my face and doesn't slip into the static lines.

The collection is available to buy from Marks & Spenser link is here

For me the results speak for themselves, I whole heartedly love this collection it delivers exactly what it promises, and this for me means it is worth every penny. Your skin is an investment and it’s never too early to take care of your skin.

Have anyone of my lovely readers had a chance to use this collection or this brand? I would love to hear your thoughts about it and how you got on with it.

Please feel free to check out some of my previous Korres reviews Their lipstick, Lip Butters & wild rose moisturiser.

LIFESTYLE: Weekly catch up August 8-14th

So a little catch up from the past 7 days and boy it's been one hell of a week.

Last Sunday I spent time with my cousins as one said I do - post to come.

This entire week has been one of just spending time with my family. Davin has had the week off so we have made the most of sorting through the house and getting bags ready to go to clothing banks, charity and clearing out the kitchen for the food bank.

I have been at the bottom desperate for help and food and so I really want to give back so this is a start.

Super fun afternoon at the waterlooville horizon play zone, she had daddy running around after her and both were extremely exhausted after. This is a pretty awesome and new looking play centre and you can travel around the world which is fun, if your located in Hampshire you can find all the info here

Autumn was treated to a new push chair because she had filled up her 3 month  behaviour chart and has been super successful with potty training. I'm so proud of her she's doing so well!

Some exciting goodies arrived in the post. I am so excited to show case them on my latest vlog. I am so excited to be showcasing some Avon tutorials and reviews on my channel.

This beautiful 100 day planner arrived and I can't wait to begin. I was introduced to this at the big blogger expo in July you can read all about the event here. But this book is amazing its a gateway to finding your self so if its of interest please check it out here

After being so unhealthy for so long I am finally taking a step back and looking after myself. One day at a time!

Saturday's day outfit all curtesy of my friend Gemma who literally emptied her wardrobe into my house and for this I am eternally grateful.

This was also another amazing delivery! I am so happy. Finally I will be organised with my blogging, be up to date and on time. You can find a wealth of blogging aids here at the Paper ChicCO website or their Etsy store where you can order downloadable sheets too.

Flowers my beautiful daughter picked from a friends garden to make me feel better. This was the most thoughtful gift iv had since I can remember, she took her time to pick every flower and with help from a wonderful woman called Eileen put it together with Autumn.

Saturday's evening nautical outfit. Managed some tone of the crutch and some time with my husband. Again clothing are thanks to Gemma 💕💕

Today Sunday Autumn baked cakes with my sister Lianne they are super yummy and Autumn enjoyed every second.

So that brings me to now! I'm sat working out my weeks plan and eating cake!

How was your week?

EVENTS: Bigbloggerexpo

Hey lovelies!

Hope everyone's week is going brilliantly and remember to be positive!
I was really honoured to be one of the lucky bloggers/Vloggers to attend the big blogger expo in London last Sunday 24th.

I was late naturally but it was a 3 hour long event so fortunately I didn't miss two much.

This is going to be a long post but I promise it's totally worth it.

The 3 rooms were buzzing with excitement, chatter and cameras flashing. It was very over whelming. (I suffer with anxiety) buying eased my self in and had a blast. I'm going to give you a run down of the brand I got to speak with and who gifted us. So watch this space for more in depth reviews!

A really cool and quirky brand with some super cute relaxing play suits and onesies not to mention some gorgeous jumper style tips/dress.
I defiantly have a few I would love to own!
They were super friendly and so kind whilst offering so much information on the brand.

Brand is gorgeous the display was set up perfectly it was totally photographic and pieces themselves are just stunning. It literally has something for everyone out there and the best bet they will make a brilliant birthday, Christmas presents and even baby shower gifts.
And the quality and value is that they could be just because you want to give someone some love

I have been using Westlab Epsom bath salts for more years than I can remember I suffer with muscle spasms from my spinal damage these are a lifesaver for me.
It is a weekly ritual for me to have a good 45 minutes so can the bath with these and I do use them sometimes 3 to 4 times a week if I'm having a massive flare-up.
I was so pleased to learn that West lab actually do and number of the products in the collection that I am now itching to try am and I can't wait to tell you about them.

Josh bells collection of handbags, accessories and clothing are literally so beautiful and show stopping. I had the pleasure of chatting with her and fell in love with a few of her hand bags and hats which literally are to die for.

This is a company which allows clients to book online via an app or phone for a treatment of their choice in their own home.
Amazing company easy to talk and work with, they offer a wonderful array of services to relax you which you have to agree in this day and age is a much needed commodity.

Social Media Links:

This is a fantastic company offering high end and quality Botox, and dermal fillers in London.
They are highly professional and were very nice and easy to talk to. They offered lots of information so that you can make an informed choice of what you require and how it all works. I really enjoyed my chat and now feel that o have all the information I need to choose what will be best for me.
I have to say that they also ran a number of competitions which were good fun to enter which included selfies, Q&A and count the lips in the jar.
I was super lucky and won the selfie competition so can't wait to book in for my dermal fillers.

I had no idea what paw paw was till this day, they were very informative and helpful. Who knew Papaya was such an amazing beauty secret.
They showcased 3 of their balms, original, peach and red. It's a multi use beauty product, lip balm, cheek stain, foundation primer, cuticle softener and the list goes on.

I'm really excited to show case the original and peach in another post! They really are a staple beauty product.

Social Media Links:

This company launched the day of the expo I believe and they offer some fab gifts for new parents or parents to be.
It is definitely a gift I would want for my baby shower as they are both beautiful and practical.
All hampers and gift are hand wrapped and put together with love. They also work closely with a fantastic brand called 'child farm' which is a natural brand. (I was lucky enough to receive a sample) it was the hair and body wash for my daughter Autumn and her skin looks amazing and her hair was softer than ever.

Social Media Links:

I could spend hours speaking to them about their products. I had a live demonstration (using my hair) of their dry shampoo and their humidity spray and honestly iv never been so impressed with the science behind the product and the actually results. They put all their tone into research and science not fancy packaging.

I was taken aback by this company when I saw the quality of the clothing and the prices. They have items of clothing which are highly fashionable and at affordable prices!  This is such a relief to see. The two sisters who run the company are down to earth and very helpful.

They had some gorgeous pieces I would happily love to own.

Heaven skincare will be 21 this year, they offer a range of skincare for all skin types and I was extra lucky to have a chance to try their silk beebee cream and can't wait to review it and show you my results.
